About Jeff
Jeff’s ties to the Muskoka region, and Gravenhurst in particular, go way back. A third-generation local, Jeff was born and raised in Gravenhurst, where as a student he not only met his high school sweetheart and future wife, Kirsten, he also spent his weekends and summers delivering furniture for the family business, Knapp’s Gravenhurst Furniture. Working at one of Muskoka’s longest-running retailers taught Jeff the importance of integrity to a successful business. He saw that his parents’ respect for their customers, their employees, and the community were central to their success.

Jeff attended Western University, where he earned a degree in kinesiology. Though kinesiology was a logical field of study for Jeff,
a life-long athlete and sports enthusiast, after graduation he realized his passions lay elsewhere. A devoted fan of home renovation shows, Jeff learned to love the ideal of home, and all the promise it holds. He developed the skills to recognize the potential in real estate properties that might be overlooked, whether that meant seeing the possibilities in renovation, the promise of a property as a source of rental income,
or the prospect of a piece of real estate as a long- or short-term investment.Part of Jeff’s service to his clients is to help them see that potential, too.
Now a proud parent with Kirsten of a young son, Hudson, Jeff’s commitment to his community and his clients is deeply felt. The greatest satisfaction in his work comes from helping his clients find, as he has, just what they’re looking for.
